We are seeking two scouts from Scafell and two from Snowdon. In previous years the service has been at the Fairfield Halls, but they are closed for refurbishment.  The service is being held at the much smaller Croydon Minster.  Therefore Croydon District Scouting will be limited. We meet in full and smart uniform outside Marks and Spencer’s in North End, Croydon at 11:30.  We march behind the District flag. The parade will set off along North End shortly after 12:15 arriving the War Memorial outside the Town Hall in Katherine Street for the wreath laying ceremony at approximately 12:30. Therefore all Scout Troops and Explorer Units are asked to select two Scouts / Explorers to join the District Uniform party to represent Croydon Scouting as part of the youth organisation contingent on this occasion.  The eventual finish and dismissal will be in St Georges Walk around 13:00 and we will hold all Scouting as in previous years. (Parents – Please ensure you are waiting in St Georges Walk at 13:00 to collect your Scout).
