There will be a check-in process for each team and points are awarded for correct dress and equipment.
The check-in will be ten minutes before the team is due to start the course.
All times will be advised as soon as possible, usually during the week before the event.
The first team will leave at 09.00 and subsequent teams at ten minute intervals.
The course usually takes up to four hours.
Parents/Guardians will contacted when their Scout is ready for collection. This reduces congestion in the car park and saves parents from having to wait around. It also gives time for the participants to have the refreshments provided.
