Adventure Awaits, Bonds Unite: Knights of the Round Table at 28th Croydon Family Camp 2024
When: 3 to 6 May 2024 – Bank Holiday weekend

Cost: £65 per camper aged six and over. Children aged five and under cost £18

We have a fantastic lineup of activities planned for you and your family – archery, tomahawking, campsite games, campfire to name but a few. You’ll bond with other families, make new friends, and create lifelong connections.
Mealtimes are a highlight at Family Camp 2024. Indulge in tasty, home-cooked meals prepared by you and your patrol and helped by our talented chefs. From hearty breakfasts to delicious dinners, you’ll savour every bite and share stories around the dining table.

DBS
It is a requirement of The Scout Association that all adults aged 18 and over who attend a nights away event, eg a camp, must be cleared through the National DBS scheme. If you do not already hold a Scouts DBS certificate you will be invited to attend a DBS session at our HQ.
For this reason we are capturing some personal information with the booking.

Payment
Once you have booked your places, we will send you an invoice within seven days.
Please provide a deposit of £10 per camper within 14 days.
Full payment due by Sunday 10 March 2024.
Financial assistance
We do have a fund offering financial assistance for families who may struggle with the cost of this camp. Providing support can make a significant difference in ensuring that more families can participate in such enriching experiences. If you have specific questions or if there’s anything you’d like assistance with regarding the funds or the application process, feel free to ask for guidance or suggestions.
Tents
You are welcome to bring your own tent, or we have some tents available for hire. Please add tent hire your your booking form.
Optional Camp Scarf
Memorabilia for the camp – camp scarf. This is specially designed scarf, for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, brothers, sisters, parents, guardians and all. Just for Family Camp is available for £11 per Scarf. Order yours when you complete your booking.
